Scammers and Shady No wonder this dealership has low rating, maybe they need to learn new business techniques and stop being shady. If I can describe this dealership one word it would be "Scammers". I am in the market to lease a 2018 GLS black with dark interior, I was searching online for a perspective dealership who has the car, I came across "Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek" I clicked the chat button to contact a rep I was connected with "Angelique Lavaly" I asked her if the car still available because I am interested in leasing the car, I gave Angelique the car stock number to check after couple of minutes she told me the car still available, I asked Angelique if she can email me the window sticker of the car, including delivery price, I got the email my husband and I look through it agreed on the full price of the car and would like to proceed with the transaction. Angelique stated she will contact us tomorrow morning at 10:00am. The next day my husband spoke to Angelique over the phone and asked her to email us the final price including delivery which came to $76,765. My husband asked Angelique for a lease quote Angelique responded by saying she will send out a credit app email for me to fill out and let me know of the lease payment, we never received the email of the lease quote. However two hours later we got a call from Angelique stating that" her manager told her that they have to sell the car for $10,000 over the MSRP!!!! and that management asked her to pass this info to me" I asked to speak to her GM by the name "Jason" to discuss the issue with him, "Jason" never picked the phone I left a voicemail to him and never got a call back. We've contacted Mercedes Benz financial and explained the situation, few hours later we got a phone call from "Shannon" who works at Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek telling us that " They have the right to change their prices at any time they want" which to me it is consider the shadiest way of conducting business with potential clients. This dealership is proud of changing their prices not only by $1,000 or $2,000 but by $10,000 over MSRP!!!! If I knew they would scam me like that I would have never dealt with them or let them run my credit. Mercedes Benz products represent luxury and class, however "Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek" represents Mercedes as trashy and shady. I will be reporting to BBB and file dmv claim. More

Polite, Professional and Delivers on Promise My experience with this dealership was the best experience I have had with any dealership in my history of purchasing cars. I found my dream SUV at th My experience with this dealership was the best experience I have had with any dealership in my history of purchasing cars. I found my dream SUV at this dealership. I purchased a 2011 GL550. My experience started with Samantha Tannock, an Internet Sales Rep. After several phone calls and text messages, I made an appointment to see the car and discuss the purchase of the vehicle. On the morning of my appointment, I received a text message from Kevin Rasul advising me that my appointment would be with him. We drove from Reno, NV where we live to see and purchase the car. When I arrived, I met with Kevin who was very personable and was concerned for my Mom and sister-in-law Nadia who was with me. He ensured they were both comfortable along with our two puppies that were with us. Kevin took me to the car so I could see it. Kevin explained every facet of the car including the fact that they had just received the car a few days earlier and had not yet had the opportunity to make some repairs. He explained that there was some work that needed to be performed on the car including brand new tires, a new rear suspension, a new windshield, and some dings that needed to be repaired. He pointed all of these things out and allowed me to ask questions and point things out that I had noticed. The car's interior was immaculate to the point of appearing as though no one had even sat in the car before. The fact that Kevin was very honest with me in revealing all of the things that needed to be repaired was a big plus for me. When purchasing a used vehicle, most dealerships I have dealt with are not as honest as one would think. Kevin also included a second key and rear cargo privacy cover at no additional cost. Kevin advised me that I would not be able to take the car home that day, but he would arrange for the car to be delivered to my home in Reno, NV (approximately 200 miles away) at no cost to me. I already had my financing in place before I arrived at the dealership, which made my time spent at this dealership much more pleasant. I met with Frank Bogut in finance to finalize the deal and sign my paperwork. The process took less than 10 minutes to complete as he had everything ready to go. Frank was quite pleasant and explained to me every piece of paper I had to sign to complete the purchase. I have read many reviews on this dealership and I am amazed at the amount of negativity. I spent less than 1.5 hours at this dealership which is the least amount of time I have ever spent at any dealership purchasing a car. All of the repairs were completed as promised. I was kept apprised during the entire repair process. My car arrived the morning that Kevin had promised. What more could one ask for? This is my fifth Mercedes-Benz and when I am ready for my next one, this is the dealership I will return to. I have learned that in purchasing a luxury vehicle such as a Mercedes-Benz whether new or used, a great deal of one's experience is in one's attitude and treating with respect those you deal with. I do understand that everyone's experience will be different from another person's experience, but I believe that if you treat people with respect, you will receive respect in return. More
