I just finished getting my oil changed on my lovely 2001 Acura across the street at Jiffy Lube and decided to wander onto the Mercedes lot What a day! I just finished getting my oil changed on my lovely 2001 Acura across the street at Jiffy Lube and decided to wander onto the Mercedes lot to see what was up. I was dressed like I just rolled out of bed, driving a not so fancy car and Omar Qasem jumped at the chance to greet me. I told him I wanted to see the C250s and he showed me the inventory, knowing which ones had the right features and directed me to the best one. We hopped in for a test drive and I loved it. Asked my questions and he knew the answers. My concern was fitting it in our tiny garage in San Francisco so I told him I would need to go do some measurements. Omar said I could take it home overnight instead. I brought it home and it fit and my wife and I fell in love. We did some price shopping and this was the best deal. We came back the next day and made the purchase, excited as can be. The finance guy seemed a little devastated when we declined extended warranty and service but it went smooth. They detailed the car and I've been in love ever since. Thanks Omar Qasem. More
