I had a check in hand to purchase the car and on Ryan's advice, I filled out the online forms for financing. What does this say about the dealership? More
My family has bought a few cars from Mercedes Of Walnut Creek. They have always been competitive and fair on the pricing. We keep getting mailers to come down and terminate our lease for an excellent deal on a new mercedes. So we timed this just right to order a new car in time for lease end. To our surprise there is new management and the pricing i excessive. The dealer was always the best in northern california in pricing. I know I want what is a "hot model" today the Gl 350 or Gl 450, but in 90-120 days when this car comes in I doubt it will be as hot as it is this minute. Supplies will catch up with the demand. The price quoted was the worst of any in northern california. So It is time to find a new place to buy cars from. I was told to check back when the next lease expires in less than 1 year. But I am going to start a new relationship with a facility that wants my total business for life. To bad this is the dealer in my home town. More
I purchased my Mercedes GL450 from this dealership new and have been a loyal customer for 5 long agonizing years. It had nothing by problems with the car - fortuntely most covered by the extended warranty and have been a loyal customer for 5 long agonizing years. On my final visit to repair a water leak that had been going on for NINE MONTHS and which was finally determined to have been caused by poor quality workmanship on behalf of a subcontractor the dealer used (which I paid the dealer for in full), Mr. Slagle (Service Director) had the audacity to suggest that I split the cost of the repair with them to re-do the work they messed up in the first place. I will never return to this dealership ever again. More
I visited few dealership before making my stop the the WC Mercedes Benz to find the right car/sale person combination and these guys did the job by getting me the right car I wanted and respect my Time. I am very picky when it comes to cars and I beleive it's my right since I usually keep my cars for 3/4 years. I would recommend this dealership to everybody and comeback for my next car. Verbally committed to price and then tried to bait & switch with $2,100 in additional fees. All 3 managers pointed the finger at the other manager and no one would honor the original agreement.
