Ease of buying a valued car. I was searching for a very specific car w/AWD, low mileage, and at a specific price point. Upon an internet search I did, I decided to visit my local I was searching for a very specific car w/AWD, low mileage, and at a specific price point. Upon an internet search I did, I decided to visit my local MBZ dealer advertising a car that fit my needs, except for the price, thinking I could negotiate a better price, though the advertised price was already pretty low. Hany Yosri assisted me that day and showed me the exact car that was advertised. Though that specific car did not appeal to me, Hany showed me a few other cars fitting my description. In the end they were all valued higher than what I was willing to spend. A few days later, Hany called me to inform me of a recent trade in that might work for me. He sent me photos. I called him and proceeded to the MBZ Sonic dealership. The car met all my needs, including a price I was willing to pay. I purchased the car that day! I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend purchasing your next car at MBZ of Walnut Creek! As a follow up, today was my first time back to get my complementary car wash. Hany was there and he was able to track down the previous Car Owner and retrieve the second car key and the floor mats. Thank you Hany! More

Disappointed customer I bought a car from this dealership about 3 weeks ago. I had an arrangement with the salesman, to bring the car back for some minor paint touch ups an I bought a car from this dealership about 3 weeks ago. I had an arrangement with the salesman, to bring the car back for some minor paint touch ups and repairs. Took the car back, not ones but twice. I was given the run-around both times. The second time, I was told my name wasn't on the system, telling me that I had no appointment. But I did. I had a confirmation from them on my cell phone. Then, I was told that my car wasn't going to be worked on and that I had to either leave the car or bring it back some other time. I was told there were no loaner cars that they could provide, if i decided to leave the car. But, a few minutes later, they provided a loaner for another customer that arrived after me. I was referred to 5 different service reps. All said the same thing. No effort was done by any of them to help me out or accommodate me. I was simply a number to these people. At this point in time, I was frustrated and pissed. I finally asked for a Manager. He was able to have the repairs done. I waited there for over 3 hours. No loaner or shuttle was offered while i waited. They didn't even clean my car after the work was done, as promised by the salesman and service manager. They handed the car over dirty and the repair wasn't done properly. The service rep. or manager didnt even inspect the work done. So, I simply left! I was treated with utmost disrespect. I NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM A MERCEDES BENZ DEALERSHIP. So dissatisfied and disappointed! Your Service department SUCKS! They all have this attitude and are so snooty. I wouldn't refer this dealership to anyone. More

I purchased my Mercedes GL450 from this dealership new and have been a loyal customer for 5 long agonizing years. It had nothing by problems with the car - fortuntely most covered by the extended warranty and have been a loyal customer for 5 long agonizing years. It had nothing by problems with the car - fortuntely most covered by the extended warranty I purchased. On my final visit to repair a water leak that had been going on for NINE MONTHS and which was finally determined to have been caused by poor quality workmanship on behalf of a subcontractor the dealer used (which I paid the dealer for in full), Mr. Slagle (Service Director) had the audacity to suggest that I split the cost of the repair with them to re-do the work they messed up in the first place. I will never return to this dealership ever again. More
