Frank went over all the financing options we could chose from . his knowledge of mercedes vehicles was very impressive. Inskip should be very proud and thankful to a representive such as Frank selinng there cars. More

Several family and friends have purchased a number of Mercedes Benz and BMW's from Inskip Auto Mall however my recent purchase this past weekend was by far the best experience I have ever had dealing wit Mercedes Benz and BMW's from Inskip Auto Mall however my recent purchase this past weekend was by far the best experience I have ever had dealing with a sales consultant. I worked with Brad Sollitto who exemplifies the meaning of customer service and what it takes to win the customer's trust and confidence when making such a large investment. He was so thorough, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Mercedes that I am sold on the brand and we are now first time proud owners of a certified used 2009 Mercedes. The customer service was absolutely top rate. I really had no intention of buying a car that day, never mind a Mercedes but thanks to Frank Merino I don't know if I would ever drive any other car!!!! I went into your Mercedes Benz location to test drive an Audi Q7 and let me just say that I was so impressed with not only the vehicle but also with Mr. Merino.
