I am responding to your recent review in dealerrater.com about your experience at Inskip Mercedes-Benz. We have tried to contact you directly by phone and have left messages but have not been able to speak directly since your delivery. The registration of your vehicle did take longer than normal due to a couple issues including the Holiday season and how it coincided with our schedule. At the end of the day, however it is our responsibility to overcome those issues. Please accept my apoligies for the delay. When we spoke last I told you your vehicle would be registered and be ready for delivery on the evening of Tuesday December 28th. I'm glad you did take delivery on that Tuesday evening the 28th as I had promised. Thanks you.
