Harold,the salesman was well informed in all aspects of the transaction and the car itself. Once my decision was made the transaction was quick,accurate and friendly and I drove the car home within a few hours.Michael the sales manager was visible and helpful in overseeing the transaction and very effectively positioned Inskip as a place you want to business, with a nice balance of business and non business discussion.I had to return to the dealership the next day to pick up a few things and I had a few questions on the equipment and I received immediate assistance from the sales staff and service crew in programming my Bluetooth and setting up the nav. My experience has made be a huge advocate of Inskip and the Penske presence is obvious in the overall professionalism of the buying experience. I have never had to work so hard to purchase a vehicle. Our sales person was professional and courteous. The finance manager was rude and arrogant. The GM was not able to follow through on promisees. They have missed delivery deadlines twice and we weren't informed of the delay until we showed for delivery. I have had to constantly follow up on there commitments to find out the ball has been dropped.The registration of a new vehicle in Ma is very difficult and time consuming. I would strongly discourage Inskip Motors. If paperwork wasn't sighed a week ago I would have gone to another dealership. ( And I still don't have my car) More
