Bait and switch, $2106 added to invoice in imaginary warranty and LoJack (Mercedes can track your vehicle through the app). When I refused the “upcharges” for a used vehicle they sold originally (sound warranty and LoJack (Mercedes can track your vehicle through the app). When I refused the “upcharges” for a used vehicle they sold originally (sounds like a double dip). I left. Not trustworthy already warned not to do this by the FTC. Buyer beware. More

I had a great experience with this dealership. I purchased the nicest 2014 W204 C300 in the country with only 6300 miles on it. I completed the whole transaction while being out of state. He always communicated in a very timely fashion even when he was busy helping other customers. If your looking for a Mercedes-Benz make sure you see Alex, he will make your buying experience very enjoyable with no pressure! Also, Joe in finance was great to work with as well.
