Did not fix problem. They claim it's the tires, brand new Pirrelli P Zero, Really???$1000.00 bill for nothing. Service included big bill for rim straightening. They no longer take credit cards for the service charges without additional fees. After giving them a personal check (no fees) they then harassed me looking for my driver's license to make sure the check w without additional fees. After giving them a personal check (no fees) they then harassed me looking for my driver's license to make sure the check was good. It took 4 phone calls to set up the service due to their utilization of a ai phone robot. I also get the feeling in general that I'm being ripped off, but I don't have any proof. Just a guy feeling.
