I spoke with JoAnn who scheduled service for my sprinter van on May 19th. We got the van there the day before but on the 19th were told it did not have an appointment. They scheduled us for June 26th. Once van on May 19th. We got the van there the day before but on the 19th were told it did not have an appointment. They scheduled us for June 26th. Once they had the van, it was in there for almost another month for work that was not overly complicated. Because of that, I was without my van for almost two months. I run that delivery van every day and lost the ability to make money with it for that long. The service guy thought it was funny when we’d call to check on the status of it and he’d tell us a rack was down and it would be another week. Very unprofessional overall and if possible we will avoid going back there. More

very nice man who picked up the car and returned it to us. Pleased with the service but felt the car could have been more detailed in the cleaning dept.
