My Electric Drive Battery failed 2 weeks BEFORE the expiration of the 8 year 100,000 mile warranty, the warranty states "all we ask is that you properly maintain you vehicle" and "have warranty repairs expiration of the 8 year 100,000 mile warranty, the warranty states "all we ask is that you properly maintain you vehicle" and "have warranty repairs performed by an authorized Mercedes Benz center" yet they denied my warranty because I missed a required (xx) "inspection" that was buried near the back of the warranty booklet, without any reference to it in the actual warranty. To me this is an obvious scam to get out of expensive repairs that should be covered. More

I Had a great experience with this dealership. Claude introduced himself to us asked if he could help us and then proceeded to show us and test drive the vehicles that we inquired about.
