I’ve already spoken with the GM on the day in question and he wanted no part of getting involved in my situation, didn’t care that Service was rude, didn’t care I was having car trouble. Kept saying… “That’s a service issue. You have to deal with service”..So, I called Clearwater… An actual live kind and helpful woman answered the phone, heard my problem and made sure I was in touch with a Service writer who told me to come the next morning, took my car, drove me over to Hertz where I got a rental car. The cam is shot in one of my cylinders. A big job, a real problem and could have caused further damage had I kept driving with the issue. Thank you Clearwater for letting me know in no uncertain terms that I am a valued customer of Mercedes Benz and not just an inconvenience to those at a Service Department.. Tampa was no better as far as understanding that I had a mechanical issue and needed transportation. Referred me out to other dealers. MERCEDES OF CLEARWATER, THANK YOU FOR HEARING ME, ACKNOWLEDGING MY ISSUE AND COMING UP WITH AN INSTANT SOLUTION…
