When I signed up for my latest Mercedes lease (2nd car) I had tire insurance added on at Mercedes Benz of Tampa that I pay extra for each month which covers warranty for new tires. The first flat tire I ha had tire insurance added on at Mercedes Benz of Tampa that I pay extra for each month which covers warranty for new tires. The first flat tire I had caused by a nail I was able to make it to MB of Tampa where it was replaced with no additional. This time I had another bolt in my tire where air was being lost so I brought to Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel. I was told that an insurance company needed to review to pay ???? so I was instructed to pay now and then will be notified of decision??? First I should not have paid again. WHY AM I PAYING EACH MONTH FOR TIRE INSURANCE THEN! If I am not reimbursed the money I will then try to have Mercedes update my monthly payments by taking out ~tire insurance (being taken advantage of!) immediately. The cashier at Wesley Chapel MB when I gave her my credit card asked why am I paying and that I am covered until 2024. Something is wrong! ****This type of challenge from Mercedes gives me more then a feeling of mistrust and has changed my thought of a AMG Sl 63 (around the corner) as my next car. More

The whole experience was very easy and positive…I booked my scheduled maintenance online, when I dropped my car off they offered me a ride home which although I didn’t need was so nice. Major downside though, I was overcharged several hundred dollars on my registration when I transferred my DV tag, they even admitted that the price was incorrect. I was told they would get back with me on the refund, but after several calls, messages left, emails, and texts, I have not heard back at all from anyone. I would have wholeheartedly recommended this place beforehand but the $300+ dollar overcharge is unacceptable, especially for disabled veterans like myself. More
