After driving 1 1/2 hours for my appointment to have a part installed, I found out that the part had never been ordered. This after being told the part was at the dealership! The Service Manager did rea part installed, I found out that the part had never been ordered. This after being told the part was at the dealership! The Service Manager did react to the problem, provided me with a loaner and ordered the part. The service writer was of no help! More
Mr. Cannon was great the problem was they add dent protection to every deal told right upfront did not want this after we negotiated the deal it was on there again told them to take it off and they di protection to every deal told right upfront did not want this after we negotiated the deal it was on there again told them to take it off and they did by this time it was after closing time and then went to finance i was tired and didn't read the whole contract my bad. About 2 weeks later was sending contract to my accountant for tax purposes and noticed the finance person added it on there again 3 times now. I contacted Mr. Cannon who is a great salesman said he would try and resolve this but didn't happen i have called their multiple times to get my 500 hundred dollars back even called the GM and no return call from him either.
