Excellent and efficient despite shortages of product and help. The car did have to stay a few days and I did get a loaner. I feel though I should have been called to cancel and reschedule. I purchased a 2020 Mercedes’ at this location and bought all of the upgraded warranties. I have tried to use the scratch repair and they will not return my calls. I had a flat tire today 11/17 and between 2 dealerships they won’t even look at my car until a week from now! They have no loaners for a month!! This is the worst service I have ever received. I’m getting hung up on and no returned calls and my car is towed to the dealership. I work and have no transportation and the dealership where I bought this car Mercedes of Wesley Chapel will not return my calls!! More

I have a lot to say - starting with the fact that he did not check my rims and *assured* me it was my tires. After taking my car back, to try and find tires on my own (since he also told me he would not be not check my rims and *assured* me it was my tires. After taking my car back, to try and find tires on my own (since he also told me he would not be able to get them in stock for a month and that he had checked ALL local places), I come to find out it was a cracked rim with damage to my struts. This is *after* going to Tires Plus who told me they could get the tires in TWO DAYS! And they did! Then when they went to replace the tire is when Tires Plus saw the rim was cracked. I finally called Mercedes-Benz of Tampa who got me an appointment in 3 days, ordered a rim from the Jacksonville store that arrived in two days AND they told me that they had that tire in stock by the dozens! Wesley Chapel dealership made me lose TIME and MONEY bc I rented cars and missed work, due to the lies and laziness of their service department. I work at a big law firm and am now telling EVERYONE to avoid this dealership! More

I did not purchase a vehicle from here because I could not find the right fit for me. However, Skylar who was my salesperson was absolutely phenomenal!!! They world hours over several weeks to try and fi not find the right fit for me. However, Skylar who was my salesperson was absolutely phenomenal!!!
