The crazy part is they brought my wife in to look at possibly upgrading the vehicle. AutoNation has always been a scam. Had the same problem with a brand new Lincoln navigator in a battery replacement. Because I couldn’t find the receipt they wouldn’t replace the battery that was less than a year old steer clear from this conglomerate of scam artists. More
Service was good. The reason I wouldn't rate any higher is that it took an hour to drop the car off. I wanted to by a prepaid service plan and instead of just buying the service plan, I had to go through Financing to buy the plan (even though I wasn't financing it). It took 5-10 minutes to get my car ready to be serviced and 50 minutes to but a service plan (about 40 of that was waiting). They need to find a better way to do this. Overall, the service was fine, but the amount of waiting for someone was not acceptable. More

Excellent service and accomodations in customer waiting area. Also, great communication to keep informed of vehicle status.
