I made appt. for my service. I had to wait several weeks for the appt. in order to have a loaner car available. I got a voicemail the day before telling me no l for my service. I had to wait several weeks for the appt. in order to have a loaner car available. I got a voicemail the day before telling me no loaner was available, and did I want to reschedule. When I called, the service dept. was able to reassure me I would have the loaner, which worked out fine. The loaner is important to me. Thomas was my service writer, and he was easy to work with and professional. My service was taken care of timely, and Thomas communicated with me timely as well. More
