First time servicing our GL since relocating from TN. Alem Vazquez, our Service Advisor, was very professional and helpful. He even provided updates on his day off. Very impressive. The customer service is good but the wait time was too long & they don’t have a food place. I was there for 4 hours with nothing to eat. After driving 1 1/2 hours for my appointment to have a part installed, I found out that the part had never been ordered. This after being told the part was at the dealership!
