I went to the dealer for a multipoint inspection,and it took them 10 hr to check 4 tires and replace 2 of them,and still didn’t fix them.The service manager has to come out of his office to be able to get More

I went to the dealer for a multipoint inspection,and it took them 10 hr to check 4 tires and replace 2 of them,and still didn’t fix them.The service manager has to come out of his office to be able to get my car fix and leave after a 10 hours of waiting. Terrible work professionalism and time management.
