I 1st went to another dealership in Arcadia and felt the sales person was condescending and didn’t know much about EV cars. Roberto Quiroz is the man, he found me exactly what I wanted and help me get the car I wanted on a very good lease program. He walked me through the whole process and following day, I came back, Roberto help walked me through all the question I had on how to work the car. I didn’t feel rush nor stress in getting this absolutely beautiful car. I can’t thank Roberto enough taking me to look at the cars they had on the lot and found my car. Finding the car on website and negotiating price was good. It took 3 hours in dealership to finish the cash purchase!!! Suggest: 1. remind buyers to bring drivers license and insurance card; 2. Came in for a vibration issue on my 2023 sprinter passenger van, picked it up 3 days later as they said it was ready and everything was taken care of. Went to pick it up and they lost my keys, had to passenger van, picked it up 3 days later as they said it was ready and everything was taken care of.
