The finance team was rude and abrupt when I refused to agree to a ridiculously unfair deal. The actual sales rep was a nice guy but obviously driven to sell me an electric car based on his own personal co agree to a ridiculously unfair deal. There has been no follow up - I was given the contract on a USB stick which didn’t work then had to send 6 unanswered emails (numerous txt to the sales rep and 2 calls to reception) to get a response… extremely disappointing experience especially given it was my fourth Mercedes.. one of the keys was also not paired with the vehicle at which point the sales rep told it was and it must have mysteriously unpaired itself once I drove it out of the showroom… 🤔 More
