Brought car in twice for same flat tire. The first time they didn’t check for damage just filled air, despite me telling them that I keep filling with air and tire keeps deflating. I was advised to return if tire deflates again or go to American Tire around the corner. Couple days later, I returned and insisted they check for tire damage and that I have tire warranty/insurance. A nail was found in my tire and the other rear tire needed replacement. After waiting five hours, and wasn’t offered a ride home or loaner car, I was out of pocket $700. The replaced tires look used and worn. I was told my car was washed and my car is still dirty as well as the tires. Tires were not rotated. As I watched the service through a window from the lobby, the nearly $300 wheel alignment took less than five minutes. More
Very dishonest way to conduct business, finance manager added unwanted prepaid services even after I had told him several times that I did NOT wanted any add ons. I was not able to review my contract prior to leaving the dealership because the contract was saved in a USB card that I opened 2 days later. The items added were Zurich paint protection and Zurich dent removal. I had this coverage on my mercedes and I file 2 claims and the 2 claims were denied!. Advise ask for a paper contract and carefully review every item that its included in it. Avoid headaches! More
