My salesperson, Mahmoud, was professional and patient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions and never once made me feel pressured. The car was delivered spotless and ready to go, and I’ve been thrilled with it ever since. This was by far the best dealership experience I’ve had, and I’ll be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks again to everyone at Mercedes-Benz Westwood! More
After suffering a devastating loss in our family recently, my wife and I were happy to find the exact MB model and color at this dealership. Not that a vehicle purchase can erase our pain but there recently, my wife and I were happy to find the exact MB model and color at this dealership. Not that a vehicle purchase can erase our pain but there were sentimental reasons for why we were looking for this vehicle. We were connected with Jean who was very pleasant. We informed him that we are out of state and realize there will be a delay in purchase as we have purchased out of state vehicle before. Jean confirmed it will take more than the usual time which we acknowledged. however at this current time we are disappointed because of the miscommunication that has happened. We have yet to receive our vehicle although we put a deposit on the car on April 3. 8 days later we wired $10k and was approved to finance the balance. We recieved a congratulatory email from MB yet we still have no date as to when we can receive our vehicle. So it has been 18 days and we still are in limbo on a vehicle that we have officially purchased. We were told that Massachusetts does not issue temporary license plates however after doing research on the Internet, that was changed in April 2023. We really wish that this process would not be so difficult but hopefully no other potential customer will experience this. Unhappy customer, James & Tiffany More

First let me start off by saying, this dealership is terrible. I initially contacted Jean Deschamps and was very specific about the car and specs I was looking for. I asked if it was available, he then terrible. I initially contacted Jean Deschamps and was very specific about the car and specs I was looking for. I asked if it was available, he then replied that is was available and asked for some information from me to "open a profile " I responded with some general info as he hadn't even answered my initial questions. I even informed him that I was ready to close the deal within the week. I heard nothing back from him. The next day I got a generic email from the Manager to which I responded. Finally Jean responded to tell me that the car was NOT available, that it was a loaner car. so which time did you lie? When you said the car was available? Or when you said it wasn't? Why not be upfront to begin with? Talk about lazy deceitful salesman tactics! I then called the Manager.....still waiting on his return call /email. This dealership is the worst! You would think they might want to sell a car to a serious buyer. It's a good thing they're not the only Mercedes dealership around. . More
The only good thing to say is the salespeople are nice-but once you pay for the car…all bets are off!! Upper management and service are non-existent. The finance process is horrendous.
