I had an oil change done at Westwood Benz. Bad experience! Service advisor John couldn’t provide the cost for basic oil change until oil change done. He told me all cars are different, different car use different amount of oil. Mine is a 2025 brand new GLA250 brought back in February, a standard one. I had told the advisor John tire need air due to cold temperatures. When oil change done, I drive away. When I am on high way, the red light come up say check tire. So I drove back to the dealership for the correction of tire pressure. Appointment at 730am I was there 720am, end up leaving there at 1030am. 3 hr for oil change. Only oil change. I saw manger Malinda before I left, told her my experience. She apologized and told me next oil change on them. I hope next time is different experience. More
