Check Engine light issue fixed in < 6 hours This was the first unplanned service call I needed to make since buying my GLC300 28+ months ago and it went perfectly. Called about it, and it was confirmed I could bring car in ASAP, at least for a diagnosis. The diagnosis was made and it was offered to me to make the fix (a new part in a ‘deeply buried’ spot) that day and I would be provided a loaner car to use for the few hours that it would take. This enabled me to do a few errands and fulfill previously arranged commitments. My car was fixed, and cleaned!, and warm when I picked it up, 5-10 minutes before the close of service department work day. Communication was timely, clear, friendly and professional.
