I purchased a new E350 coupe back in May of 2013. I was pleased that they were able to prep the car for delivery the very same day. Additionally, I was pleased that I was able to get the dealership to quo pleased that they were able to prep the car for delivery the very same day. I purchased a 2005 MB SL 500 convertible in June of this year from MB of Westwood. The car had approximately 48,500 miles on it at time of purchase. After driving the car 4 months and about 4,000 additional miles I began to experience transmission issues to the point where I coild no longer drive the car. Because I live 30 miles from the dealership I towed it to a local MB dealership. After 3 weeks it was determined the car needed $4,800 in transmission repair work. I authorized the work and I contacted MB of Westwood to ask for some help with this expense because I only owned the car 4 months and only put 4,000 miles on it. Though I never expected them to pay for repairs I was expecting some reasonable relief from that dealership. I was and I am shocked that the answer was a very quick no. In addition I was told that I knew I had purchased a car that was not certified due to its age. Needless to say with the MB reputation I was very surprised at this response. Though my experience with the salesman was good I would defintely not recommend MB of Westwood to anyone for purchase of a new or used vehicle. When you spend the kind of money for a car like this I dont think it unreasonable to expect reasonable consideration in a situation like mine. This is just another example of being sure you do your homework and look at these reviews before purchase. MB of Westwood has not earned my respect and should get yours either. My husband and I planned on purchasing a GLK350 4 matic from this dealership. We thought the price we were offered was on target. Turns out the car we were buying did not have any of the features we thoug from this dealership. We thought the price we were offered was on target. Turns out the car we were buying did not have any of the features we thought we were purchasing. We felt great amount of pressure to purchase add on's like extended warranty on car and tires. Jason Wong the business manager led us to believe that we would have a lot of problems with the Mercedes and buying the extended warranty would be the only way to avoid very costly repairs. We opted out of purchasing the car and lost confidence in the Mercedes Brand. The Sales manager Dennis Wilson was really great and tried to make up for our negative experience. Our confidence in the character of the dealership could not be restored. We went to another dealership, had a fantastic experience, and bought the car from them. Price was not the deciding factor, as both dealerships matched each other in price. The customer service at Herb Chambers in Natick was far superior than prime. High integrity of the Herb Chamber staff is what won our business. More

I took my 2012 ML350 in for my yearly maintenance in January of 2013. Ever since I got my car back things haven't been the same. I took my car in for Service today because of the following. 1.) Car January of 2013. Ever since I got my car back things haven't been the same. I took my car in for Service today because of the following. 1.) Car has stalled 3 times, since I got it back from service. I brushed it off and thought it was a fluke. 2.) Embrace does not work all the time anymore. I have to shut off the car a few times and start it back up to get it to work. Still not a big deal, it's minor. 3.) Moisture and trigs in my passenger side headlamp assemble. Now this is major, which is what put me over the top and made me decide to bring it in. Come to find out, the caps that are on the back of the headlamp assembly for the low beams are missing. ON BOTH SIDES! Call me crazy, but that is just odd. They were definitely there when I brought it in, because I have not had any issues. I just noticed them this past week, because it has been very rainy here. Because they are missing, it is not covered under factory warranty. No one wants to fess up to how the caps went missing, unless someone stole them. But who would go through the hassle go through the fender, remove a panel, then take the cap? Plus I park my car with the wheel straightened all the time, which makes it nearly impossible to get at it. Now Erwin is telling me that the passenger side fender and bumper do not line up and that it looks like it is been in an accident. He asked me, "Did your roommate or someone use your car and get into an accident and then take it to a body shop to get fixed?" Ummm...no. No one touches my car. Clearly they are pulling straws and trying to divert the cause to something else that is astronomically bizarre. There is salty taste in my mouth, just like the taste of swallowing water when swimming at the beach. More
I suffer from OCD, and Westwood always gives me peace of mind. I also love both our C280 4 Matic & E350 4 Matic. Although our cars live at the same address, one is low mileage the other high mileage. Dealers love the high mileage one because you need to replace everything every week. Westwood Mercedes stood out to me because they truly don't push stuff you don't need. Both our cars are on a Service Plan tailored to the needs of how each car lives. I receive outstanding Service, and truly feel apart of a family. They always give me a complete diagnostic of how the car is, and what may be coming down the road. I get complete value, and feel great paying my bill every time. More
