Our Sales person Lindsay Ciavattone was Knowledgeable about her product, listened to our concerns, and made this the best car shopping trip that we have ever experienced. Trisha Winski, one of the dealerships business managers helped us complete the rest of the deal with a minimum of fuss. My total experience with Mercedes Benz of Westwood was excellent. This is the second car I have bought from them (the other was in 2003)and I have always had my vehicles serviced there over the past 7 yea excellent. Tricia had all the paper work completed when i arrived, ever hear of sign and drive!!!! she will be the boss some day. chris palmer, the same, made the deal happen, to my advantage. but as i said in my earlier post i've been dealing with chris for fifteen years now and i'm always satisfied. these two speak volumes for the owners of mercedes of westwood. desi handled all the paparwork and again great to work with. i hope this review helps someone who is looking for a mercedes, it's sure worked for me, TWICE in one week.
