To add context, I am a young software professional. My goal was to find a start luxury car, and it just so happened that I noticed a c43 AMG that had been posted. Absolutely loved the car and thought it would be a great fit! I decided to contact a sales manager: Erik Coggins to start the deal. I was aware that the car had been a trade-in, and the company had acquired for a good deal. I was also told they still put decent money into the project with fixes such as seat adjustments and overall maintenance with some T&L to top off. Contacted Mr. Coggins to work something. To my surprise, I was met with a condescending tone, he was laughing and snickering over the phone as I tried to understand the man and see how we could benefit each other. Would not move anywhere with the deal, I offered to trade in my brand new truck at a reasonable price to "sweeten" the deal in return for a good warranty, etc. I was met with condescending remarks the entire conversation. The next day I called the GM, Sean Ramos, explaining my experience and how surprised and frustrated I was that a luxury car manufacturer such as Mercedes would treat a customer in such a manner. He became defensive of Mr. Coggins and said he "was standing there" when the call was made the previous day. To which I questioned if he condoned this type of behavior, and he had no words. Mr. Ramos seemed reasonable after that and understood my frustration and said he would do his best to "take care" of me since he also wanted to work out a deal. He said he would look over the paperwork and contact me. Days pass no word, their salesman Mr. Matthew Waugh texts me asking if I am still interested in the c43, to which I replied, the ball is in Mr. Ramos and Mr. Coggin's court. 5 minutes later he sends me a series of texts saying I am an unreasonable customer. I was astonished that a luxury company would disrespect its clients like that! A few days later, I wanted to give my final chance at potentially working out a deal, especially with the amount of time and energy that I had invested through research, conversations, etc for the c43. I called Mr. Ramos, no answer, and left a voicemail to call me back if he wanted a relationship, otherwise, I would bring my business elsewhere. Still have not gotten a callback. Overall, disappointed with the amount of time and effort I put to work out a deal with the management, only to be called unreasonable and at the end of the day not be able to work something out for each other's benefit. If you read the other reviews, you will notice they have a history of overcharging on their cars. Hopefully, this review is helpful to the next serious luxury car buyer to understand that you will either be ripped off or not have a deal because the management will not work with you. More

I got my First Mercedes-Benz at this Dealership. I ordered a custom built vehicle, and the Sales Rep. (Bobby Chin) had a rough time browsing the options, but we eventually got through it. As part of the deal, I was offered their paint and interior protection package. It took the expected time to receive the car, and so far so good. Car looked great. One day after inspection, when the car got delivered to me, it still had all the glue from the shipping protection still on the body, as well as pen marks from the spoiler install. At this point I got suspicious of their Paint protection package, and took the car to a detailer for inspection, which confirmed the car had nothing applied to it. When I took the car back to the dealer to complain about the paint protection and still present goo at the car body issues, Bobby angrily got the keys of my car and drove it aggressively to their detailer, further avoiding me at the shop until about an hour later he came back to me saying they cleaned the car "for free". Upset about how this interaction had gone, after questioning about the quality of the job performed, The sales manager (Jerry Bernstein) offered me a "free reapplication", where I could stay and see their detailing team (the one that missed the goo and pen marks) reapply their coat to my car. At this point I cannot trust the protection was ever applied, neither trust the quality of their detailers. After it all happened I took it to an independent detailer and applied a proper ceramic coating on the car. All in all, this turned what would have been a decent deal into a somewhat below average one. More
