Al Erdos responded to my call for help before a long trip. He got me a service appointment for the very next morning, and had a free loaner car ready for me. The loaner car was a Mercedes-Benz. Mercedes-Benz of Westwood maintained my previous car for its last few years. They kept it going strong until it was 17 years old, and they advised when it was time that I get a new one. I have always felt comfortable talking with Al Erdos about any concern I had with my car. More
