I came in for service after making my appointment online and was welcomed, they were totally prepared for me and everything that I needed. When the time came to pick up my vehicle, it was clean and 100% done correctly . If you think like me, that's the way it should always be however not all dealerships treat you with the respect and high expectation we should all get. That's what I get and I hope you do too. More

Pina communications with the service department are not so g It was time for my first servicing. I asked for the car to be picked up at a different address than my home address. On the day that they were picking It was time for my first servicing. I asked for the car to be picked up at a different address than my home address. On the day that they were picking up the car they call me and said they were picking it up at my home address. Obviously someone didn't give the pickup person the message.they told me I was getting a loner and I told them I wasn't requesting a loner. Again somebody didn't tell anybody what was going on. I was told that my car would be brought back the same day but it was not. And I had to call to find out what happened to it the next day. It was not brought back the next day either and it was brought back the day after. Nobody called me the day before to tell me it wasn't going to show up. I love my car and the people at the dealership seem very nice however they need to get their act together with regard to communicating with people that are getting their cars serviced. More

recent service date 8/15/2019 pick car up. Car loaner enabled me to leave car for resolving Noise when applying brakes. Not resolved Paint and protective coating...looks ok. Replace front windshield...Enio informed me the windshield was recalibrated, indicating that it was replaced. It was not. Few calls to service rep.... no reply....no call back Yet...least one hour from first call. Charged $360.ish to resolve noise.... noise still Evident on trip home from dealer. NOTt GOOD, so far. More
