Going above and beyond for it's customers!! I had lost my only key to my 2008 Mercedes Benz CLK 350 and my car was stuck in the wrong side of my town where people were vandalizing my vehicle. Or I had lost my only key to my 2008 Mercedes Benz CLK 350 and my car was stuck in the wrong side of my town where people were vandalizing my vehicle. Ordered a new key, went to turn the car on, it went on then wouldn't turn back on. Had to have my vehicle towed to the dealership where their technicians worked on it and came to the conclusion it was a bad key. They reordered a new one and within no time I got the good news that my car was ready for pick up. Throughout this process I was always kept well informed of the status of my vehicle.
