Not only is she stylish like my favorite car, but she brings warmth, authenticity, charm and amazing customer service to a process (car buying) that few enjoy. Kim makes the trip up to Wilkes-Barre worth the drive. Sure, she is gorgeous but that's not it - she knows her cars and more importantly - she isn't like other sales people. She took the time to ask me some very important questions that I would never have thought of.
