grest cutomer service Good afternoon, I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about one of your employees and the great service he provided me today. The employee’s Good afternoon, I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about one of your employees and the great service he provided me today. The employee’s name is Kurt Weinland, he is a service adviser at you Mercedes location. I had made a mistake doing a DYI service job on a used Mercedes that we just bought. Kurt gave me good advice and got me an appointment today even though they were swamped. I had to have the car towed there and he meet us with directions to where to put the car and what to do next. He made me feel at home in your waiting room and checked up on me a couple of times during the morning. He came and explained that the car would need more service work done and went over a detailed cost estimate. He was very understanding when I said we could not do all the work today and would reschedule some of it at a later date. He suggested the most safety related stuff that needed to be done before I took it home. To me this is customer service and caring about the customer at its best. I work for ppl electric utilities and we get lots of negative feedback and it is always great to hear good stuff. I look forward to working with Kurt in the future. Took way too long! I brought my 2010 glk 350 4matic in for a sunroof issue. Made an appointment based on availability of a loaner car. My car sat there and was not looke I brought my 2010 glk 350 4matic in for a sunroof issue. Made an appointment based on availability of a loaner car. My car sat there and was not looked at for over 20 days. Once it was taken apart and realized that the repair wasnt going to be covered by my 3rd party warrenty, we were at the 30 day mark. I decided not to have the $2400 service completed. They closed my roof, but also shut the shade so I could not even see out the glass. Looks horrible! Yes I did have a brand new loaner and they paid for the labor leaving me with a bill of $0, it took way too long to get to this point and my car looks horrible. Yes the outside was washed, but the wheels were filthy, they did not vacuum it, and my brakes felt like crap after it was sitting for a month unused. They also left the plastic from the seat in the back seat of my car. This is something that could have been settled in days, not weeks. More

We are current customers of Motorworld and leased a C300 through Dave. There was a specific color (white) in a ML 350 that I was looking for and the only one that was available was a black. Dave knew there through Dave. There was a specific color (white) in a ML 350 that I was looking for and the only one that was available was a black. Dave knew there was one that was going to be ready for sale soon and let me know in advance. I really appreciated that. Dave made the process easy because he did not pressure us to turn in our current SUV lease (another dealer, not a Motorworld brand). I know that the white ML was not sitting in inventory for a long time but I really appreciated that we could do the transaction at our pace since we are serious buyers. Post the sale, Dave helped us with making sure that we got the service we needed and made it a positive experience to purchase a CPO. We definitely recommend Dave and would buy/lease from him again. Dave Ferenchick was our sales associate who we worked with. He was very professional and courteous. Never once did we feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. Other dealerships use different tactics to " with. He was very professional and courteous. Never once did we feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. Other dealerships use different tactics to "hook" you into making a sale. However, we never felt pressured and we were at ease with him. We changed our minds over the specific vehicle we were interested in several times over the course of a few days. Our every question was answered without any frustration and we never felt rushed. He answered all of our questions patiently and professionally. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and is THE best car sales rep we had EVER worked with!! We cannot begin to describe how happy we were to have met Dave. He takes time to explain your questions and doesn't try to just make a sale. He is devoted and takes his time. He is a true professional who gets out highest of recommendations. Other sales associates (at other dealerships) need to use his example as the gold standard. Joe Brazil and Peter Mcmonigle were equally professional and a pleasure to work with. They were very friendly and courteous. Our overall experience with Mercedes Benz has been fantastic!
