I bought my C300 in Jan. 2010. Earlier this week, I got a new cell phone. Try as I might, I could not transfer my contact information from my new phone to my MB's Bluetooth. Peter McMonigle was my salesperson when I initially the car and syncronized my phone. I went back to Peter (14 monthes later) with my new phone looking for help. It was unbelievable. Peter wasn't familiar with my new phone, but worked on it with me until, 35 minutes later, we figured out how to transfer the data. This is what I consider excellent service.
