My salesman, Kevin Conant is very personable and did a great job. He understood what I was looking for and found multiple cars for me. I had never purchased a car unseen - but Kevin was reassuring and I really did feel I could trust him. He's been great! The only problem I've had was getting the digital extras working in the app. I was getting pretty frustrated with the customer service from Mercedes online, but when I let Kevin know, he immediately worked on it and verified it was an issue on the Mercedes application side and contacted them to help resolve the issue.
