Tim was great as my adviser. He help right from the get go, and team completed my install of a new grill emblem LED in quick order and had me back on the road to work in no time. This was greatly appreciated due to the travel time for me from my home which is across town. So not having to have a loaner car and travel back and forth was terrific. The emblem is great and the tech that installed did a tremendous job! First time in dealership and first Mercedes and I was very impressed with the team that helped me today! Big thanks More

If you enjoy being ignored, dismissed, overcharged, and gaslit, this is the service department for you. I brought my ML350 in for a drivability issue (loss of power), and instead of actually diagnosing th gaslit, this is the service department for you. I brought my ML350 in for a drivability issue (loss of power), and instead of actually diagnosing the problem, they tried to charge me for unrelated tests, gave no answers, tried to throw parts at my car instead of doing relevant tests, and wanted more diag time when all they did was a test drive and pull codes. When I asked questions, they stopped responding, refused to answer them and told me to bring back the loaner car… knowing my vehicle was not driveable and then lied to MB USA and said it was. They wanted nearly $900 more for “further diagnostics” after doing basically nothing useful. I’ve never felt more disrespected or strung along by a dealership in my life. It’s honestly disgusting how they treat paying customers especially women who have automotive knowledge and dare to question them. I’ve escalated to MBUSA, because clearly no one at Wilsonville Mercedes cares about doing the right thing only how deep they can line their pockets. You’ve been warned. More
