Went to Mercedes-Benz to purchase a replacement FOB/Key, ordered it and the parts saleman said the programming/key cutting would be $250. It came in early, had an appt at 10:15am, I got there early but too ordered it and the parts saleman said the programming/key cutting would be $250. It came in early, had an appt at 10:15am, I got there early but took over 15 minutes to get checked in. They said the cost would be $295, I stated I was told $250 and they said I was told the wrong price. The parts saleman said the programming would take 3 hours but when checking in said it should be 2.5-3 hours but took 4 hours and when I would ask my advisor how much longer she was acted irritated that I was asking. A very frustrating experience. More

Service department is excellent in all aspects. I have been a Mercedes owner for 40 plus years have driven in excess of 1.5 million miles on various models.
