(My car doesn't disappear for a month or more!) They have plenty of loaners available! (I don't have to get there at crack of dawn to ensure I get a ride home.) I'm greeted immediately on pulling in (and not left standing around in the service office unacknowledged for 20 minutes while all the service advisor stare at their computers or chat with each other).
