Knowing I would have to wait over three hours at the dealership, he arranged for a courtesy loaner, allowing me to carry on with my day without any inconvenience. So, not super stoked about that, considering I dropped 2 GR and likely for another 2 GR in work coming up soon. So, no nice loaner if you bring a van in? More
Getting information for a gap policy took a long time as I had to leave messages and Brian R seemed to be my contact, but then someone else seemed to be the head of the department. Consequently, to get all information to the gap company, it took months and now, 3 payments later, after another driver wrecked the car, apparently 3 months of car payments are due since the wreck even as the other party has paid. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Advocacy division of Oregon. More
