We’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 20 years, and this was my fourth Mercedes purchased from them. Unfortunately, this experience has been nothing short of disappointing-especially afte 20 years, and this was my fourth Mercedes purchased from them. Unfortunately, this experience has been nothing short of disappointing-especially after the retirement of sales person who had helped me for two decades and always provided excellent services. After ordering my car, I was shocked to find unauthorized charges made to my account, supposedly due to “corporate policy”- something I was never informed about. Later I was assured that the charges would be refunded, but a week have passed and l,ve received nothing. To make matters worse, no one has responded to my email since. It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be treated this way by a dealership I’ve trusted for so many years. The lack of transparency and follow-though is unacceptable. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this dealership to others. More
