My calls were always returned in a timely manner and I felt he was upfront and fair throughout the negotiation process. Whoever I worked with in the finance office, I can’t remember his name off the top of my head, wasn’t particularly helpful. He seemed rushed and I got the feeling that he was already done working for the day. Any questions I had regarding warranty information and servicing were just blown off. I would definitely buy another car from Mr. King. His service made everything easy, but I would posture as more of a jerk or be more demanding in dealing with the finance department. More
