Great experience at Wilsonville Mercedes I have been a long-time customer of the Portland area Mercedes dealerships. Since the acquisition of the downtown and Beaverton shops by a large Corpo I have been a long-time customer of the Portland area Mercedes dealerships. Since the acquisition of the downtown and Beaverton shops by a large Corporation, it took me a little while to figure out that Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville offers the personalized, high-end service that I had come to expect from Rasmussen. I've taken my former cars to Wilsonville since 2012 and leased a new Mercedes from them. My sales advisor, Brandon King (who also sold me my former car), was awesome and maintained regular contact to make sure everything was top-notch. Any questions and he's on the phone right away. Even Service appointments are relaxing. I can chill out and read a book, with a barista on hand for great coffee and enough to snack on to make a diabetic cringe. A couple of holiday seasons ago, there was enough to eat they should have had a medic on duty. It's a car dealership, but more. After a while, you get to know the staff and they get to know you, which really customizes the service and communication. With the price of a new Mercedes, that's the kind of relationship other dealerships can only dream about. More
