Leasing experience I’ve been leasing Mercedes from Wilsonville Mercedes for the last 4 years and recently ended one lease to begin a new one. While you’d think the proce I’ve been leasing Mercedes from Wilsonville Mercedes for the last 4 years and recently ended one lease to begin a new one. While you’d think the process would be an easy one, instead it became cumbersome and time consuming. My sales consultant did what he could to lessen the time in the dealership but you’re still in for at least three hours of processing on changing cars when your current lease comes to term and you opt to lease another. When I mentioned the dealership should have a concierge car return/delivery I was told it did but the service wasn’t available most the time and you had to be a high end customer. At an MSRP on the new car of $67,000.00 it would seem something could be arranged. Overall good service but it could be better! Just saying.... More
