The Service Dept and the Service contact was great. The
time the service took exceeded expectations. Only issue was confusion over Gift Cards that were sent to me from the company, Mercedes-Benz.

Misinformation and no call backs when requested. Very
nice facility and thank you for courtesy car. Could not get a hold of service manager. Would not let me talk to technician. Very, very difficult.
