The instructions about how to operate the technology were great. The test drive was terrific and I really liked my sales representative, Ed Ocasio. Habib Rehman was also very helpful, reviewing additional warranty options and all of the fine print. Although price negotiation isn't my favorite activity, Walter Cloud made it a little easier on me. I'd rate my overall experience as 9.5 out of 10. I was frustrated that the wire transfer instructions weren't clearer. My only other complaint would be that preparation of the paperwork seemed to take longer than expected (and I don't mean the signing), but I've never bought a car from a dealership before now and don't know what is standard. Overall, the amount of time spent at the dealership was not excessive, so it's a minor complaint. There is no question in my mind, I would recommend Meriden Hyundai to friends and family. More

I recently purchased a 2014 Sonata at Meriden Hyundai. I had been recommended to the dealership by a coworker who is a long-time customer there. I have always liked the Sonata product and the Hyundai warranties and knew that when it came time to purchase another car I would be shopping for a Hyundai. I had looked extensively on line at the Sonata throughout the state. My experience at Meriden Hyundai far exceeded my expectations. I came away with the car I wanted at a very good price. My salesperson, Ketsana Syrahat took the time to explain every aspect of my new car with patience and kindness. Michael Bush and Amy Bishop were also personable and patient. Thanks to all! Back Again .. I was involved in an accident in which my car was totaled. It was a 2005 Elantra that I had purchased from the same dealer. First of all the fact tha I was involved in an accident in which my car was totaled. It was a 2005 Elantra that I had purchased from the same dealer. First of all the fact that I was able to walk away from the accident points to the safety of the vehicle. After realizing that I needed a replacement vehicle our first thought was to contact Joe Connolly. Joe has handled our 4 previous vehicle purchases and I had confidence in his ability to help me as he had done with the previous vehicle. With Joe's understanding on what I was looking for he found a 2012 Elantra the same day. Within 2 days we were able to purchase the vehicle therefore saving me the trouble of missing work or renting a car. The staff went above and beyond in processing the paperwork and in preparation of the car. This is now the fifth vehicle purchase along with several service visits I and my family have made to Meriden Hyundai and we have been very satisfied and we plan to continue doing so in the future. Great Price for the Great Car The car dealership actually take a new level to serve customer very well as being a luxury car customer. We have a great experience with our Azera 200 The car dealership actually take a new level to serve customer very well as being a luxury car customer. We have a great experience with our Azera 2007, currently at 196,000 miles and still running very good without any major problem. We just do regular maintenance and replace worn & tear part. In addition to that, Meriden Hyundai offer a headlight bulb replacement without labor charge, and dealer treat that service as emergency, I just need to purchased the bulbs, and then technician install immediately for my car. I am very please with my new SUV Hyundai Santa Fe SE Ultimate at this time. More

Very good Javier is an excellent sales person..He went all out to get the deal worked out for me. He did his job the highest level of professionalism. In future Javier is an excellent sales person..He went all out to get the deal worked out for me. He did his job the highest level of professionalism. In future if I have to buy another car, I will buy it from Javier but will be careful while dealing with finance people. Finance people at this dealership upset me. Even after telling in advance that pull my credit score/report once, they pulled it 5 times within 15 minutes. This ruined my credit report n score. And at the end, had to pay more than what I was paying at other dealership for the same vehicle. I would have been happier if they didn't screw up my credit report which I had maintained for last two-three years. More
