I thought my experience at Meriden Hyundai was great. The salesman Spencer was very nice and understood my car needs. I think he did a great job. Sterlynn also jumped in when Spencer was busy and provided great customer support to me.
This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Meriden Hyundai. I can not say enough about how curtious and professional the staff is and how well I am treated. I highly recommend this dealership along with their excellent service department!

The salesperson met our expectations; the finance person pushed his mistake onto our final purchase price, increasing the price by $2,500 and increasing the interest rate on the loan. After an hour-long, heated volley, the finance person reinstated the final purchase price to the original amount and reinstated the original interest rate on the loan.

I was recommended to Todd by a friend after being rear-ended. My car was deemed total, 10 year old Honda Civic. Wasn't ready for a new car but Todd took care of me. My salesman was Spencer, super nice young man. Put me in the car that fit my needs. Drove off with a Hyundai Elantra.
