Salesperson great, manager not I was in need of a car after an accident. Amirdeen was friendly from the start and answered any of my questions. When I returned to negotiate a deal, I was in need of a car after an accident. Amirdeen was friendly from the start and answered any of my questions. When I returned to negotiate a deal, Frank told me they just sold the car. No one called me to tell me after I had done research on the car. Frank was not empathetic at all. Amirdeen showed me a new car and took me on a test drive. We found that it needed new tires. Frank could not give me information about the new to make a good decision, claiming parts dept was closed and service could not tell me the type of tire. We made arrangements to have the tires put on and have me drive the car to an independent mechanic. The tires were not done on time and I wasted time trying to pick up car. Amirdeen took the car for me and had it checked out. We completed the deal and the car was delivered as promised. Amirdeen was always friendly and answered my questions. He made sure I knew everything about the car. I would recommend him to others. I would not recommend Frank due his tone with me and inability to get my info. More
