I travel for work and I ended up getting the extended miles warrantee which I am glad they showed me. They also went out of their way to help me find the best insurance deal that I could find at the young age of 22! They set my car up so I drove off the lot with everything paired and functioning and a huge smile on my face. It was a great experience and I would reccommend anyone to go see these guys! We generally don't care for the stereotypical car sales approach when buying a vehicle and we're pleased that we were not at all up-sold or pressured into anything. Our only negative was that we had a monthly payment we were comfortable with which we were strongly assured could be met however when we went to get the vehicle, we found the payment far beyond our comfort level. This happened after the vehicle was personalized for us (Bluetooth, etc). I know this is part of the game, but we were so encouraged to not have those games, that when it happened, it was disappointing. After private discussion, we ended up agreeing to the higher payment and are very happy with the vehicle. My only wish would have been for them to negate the stereotype throughout the experience. Despite that, I would highly recommend this dealership and Ketsana. More

I came in late on a Sunday and picked up my car the next day. Every other time I have purchased a vehicle it has been almost an all day process, I spent 2 hours max at the dealership. The finance process was also quick and easy it took at the most 15 minutes to sign all the required paperwork, the electronic signing made the process so much faster. All staff at Meriden Hyundai were very polite. More
