Driving a 2016 Santa Fe that is loved and admired We had a tough start in that we got an honest, likeable salesman, but very inexperienced. Sadly he was let go after our second meeting and the next salesman was a complete jerk who was rude on the phone,spoke like a thug, and tried selling us a downgrade of a car we had no interest in. Finally on our third visit we found Sterlin and he was a wonderful, honest, and well knowledged salesman. He did little things like have the AC running in the car so it was comfortable to enter when viewing it on 92 degree day. He addressed both my husband and I about our ideas and concerns. He went into great detail about the different options available, which we did get. After that we bought our new Santa Fe. The head finance officer was excellent and explained the deal very thoroughly. The price was fair and I got a good price for my old car as a trade in. The only other flaw in the process was the wait time to view the vehicle when I had already called ahead to say which specific model I wanted to look at. Plus the excessive wait from the time I agreed to purchase the vehicle and signing the document. Overall the transaction was a success. I believe it would have been a better process if we started off with a better trained salesman. This is the first time someone in my family has bought a Hyundai. I love that the company stands behind the quality of their product with longer warranty periods. My family used to make fun of the brand and nicknamed it "High and dry". Now that they have been for a ride in the 2016 Santa Fe they love it and all its high tech features. They are even considering buying one in the future! Wherever we go people are admiring it and are surprised it is a Hyundai because it has the look and sophistication of a higher end brand, but without the killer price tag. More

He was very patient with us as we figured out the finances and what cars we would like to drive home in. He was also great with our kids who at times were bored while waiting for us to sign papers. Horrible dealership I purchased a used 2012 Chevy Equinox on May 1st 2015 from this dealership Within a month of having the vehicle it was in need of major repairs on th I purchased a used 2012 Chevy Equinox on May 1st 2015 from this dealership Within a month of having the vehicle it was in need of major repairs on the transmission which took two months Once I got the vehicle back my 60 day/ 3000 mile warranty is now up. Now the Vehicle is back in the shop with major repairs needed. It proves that Hyundai did not have the equipment needed To check the CHEVY equinox before they sold it to me!!! More
