Scott always greets me with a smile and witty joke, which I do very much appreciate! Some of the other service writers could do with a little personality.. some of them act as if they regret showing up for I do very much appreciate! Charlie was great to work with after the issue was finally Understood. Didn't like new truck had tissues within a year of purchase for sensors. Took a while to figure solution.
